SOLO Montana is an extension of the long running SOLO Wilderness Medicine School, based in Conway NH. SOLO and it's founders, have helped pave the way for wilderness medicine education for nearly 50 years. We hope to carry on this tradition at SOLO Montana for another generation, providing quality and innovative education. SOLO Montana is partnered with Sweetgrass Edu. Cooperative to provide educational experiences on a broader educational level. Focusing on health, food and community, the two programs are looking to provide educational opportunities to all ages and levels of learning.

"Tony's ability to powerfully lead this intensive course was inspiring. I've never had a teacher captivate me so intensely for such a long period of time. I am grateful for Tony's passion, energy and commitment to meeting student's diverse learning styles through dynamic teaching."

-Julianna Estall, Wilderness Therapist

"I wanted to express my appreciation to Tony for the quality of training he has provided for Emery County SAR over the last three years. The training has been extremely practical and efficient. Tony's training has taken our SAR team to a higher level. We have been able to  immediately apply this training in the field which has resulted in our team providing an advanced level of wilderness medical care. I would highly recommend this training for any wilderness or SAR groups.

-Wade Allison , Emery County SAR

"The information was given in awesome detail and explained in a way that was very relatable to our specific industry. I always felt supported during the course."

- Brad Swanson, Backcountry Adventure Guide
